Community Service

Humanistic Jews believe that people have the power and the  responsibility to help those in need and improve the world (tikkun olam). And we live what we believe through our actions. We are sometimes asked, “If Humanistic Jews don’t pray, what do you do?” The answer: “We DO! Learn more about our Community Service.

Adult Learning

The goal of our Adult Learning is to help our members be well-rounded people, rooted in Jewish identity while open to the world around us. The curriculum explores broader issues involving history, philosophy, comparative religion, current events, literature and science. Learn more about our Adult Learning.

Social Groups

Our passions, skills and interests are always sparking new Kol Hadash activities, such as a women’s group, a wine group, and a knitting group. Learn more about our Social Groups.

Cultural Activities

There are no cliques at Kol Hadash. We warmly welcome everyone  to participate in all of our social and cultural activities, including several book groups, a movie group, and a theater group. Learn more about our Cultural Activities. 

Choir

All are welcome to join our choir and make beautiful music together. The choir sings for the High Holiday Adult Services and a few other programs during the year.  Learn more about our Choir.
