Taste of Kol Hadash
Sunday, February 10, 11:00am
It is time for one of our most popular Kol Hadash events — featuring everyone’s favorite activity: eating!
ALL Kol Hadash members are invited to bring a memorable family recipe -- from any generation and from ANY culture -- to share with everyone. You will share the history of your recipe while adults and students enjoy a small portion of your dish. A delicious way to learn about each other’s traditions! Recipes will be distributed so others can have a chance to make it, too.
We’ll also have an all-ages, hands-on community service project benefitting the soup kitchen at St. James Church.
We encourage all Kol Hadash members to participate, whether or not you have children in our Sunday School.
Note that recipes need not be Jewish or heirloom -- just a family favorite! And, you can definitely make the same dish as last year. A 9x13 dish of your recipe will be enough for everyone.
Due to allergies, recipes cannot contain sesame seeds, peanuts, almonds, or nuts of any kind.
Will you share your recipe at Taste of Kol Hadash? Please follow this link to register. Registration deadline is Wednesday, February 6!
